The subject of the auction is the 7% Raptor slope correctorThe slope corrector is an element that allows the use of RAPTOR series supports on surfaces with a significant slope. The range of surface slope correction is from 0% to 7% (i.e. up to 7 cm difference in levels per running meter). The element can be combined with the S base, L base and 30 mm base.
Material: PP Temperature range: from -30 ° C to 60 ° (details on load capacity in the RAPTOR technical specification)
RAPTOR supports are a solution dedicated specifically to leveling joists under terraces and under wooden floors on joists. Thanks to this specialization, we offer a high-quality system solution that is also attractively priced compared to other system solutions with a wider range of applications.

USE OF SUPPORTS DEPENDING ON THE SUBSTRATE SUBSTRATE WITH A SIGNIFICANT SLOP OR WITH ENVELOPE SLOPES
Substrate with a significant slope or envelope slopes - a substrate with a significant slope should be understood as a surface slope exceeding 2% or with irregular slopes. On a substrate with a significant slope, consider using a slope corrector that reduces the surface slope by up to 7% (i.e. in the case of a level difference of up to 7 cm per 1 running meter).
The slope adjustment is done by smoothly rotating two wedge-shaped discs relative to each other.
The use of a slope corrector should be considered taking into account the fact that a support placed on a surface with a significant slope deviates from the vertical. Deviation from the support may cause a situation in which the joist adheres only to one edge of the wedge, leaving a significant gap along the remaining length, not providing stable support for the joist. When considering the use of a slope corrector, in accordance with construction art, other individual conditions for a given project should also be taken into account, such as the planned slope of the constructed surface, the uniformity of the slope distribution on the surface of the substrate, the stiffness of the materials used for the substructure and the technique of its construction, and other conditions related to a given project.
It is worth paying attention to the entire Raptor joist leveling system, 15-245 mm, which is used in building terraces and significantly facilitates work. Below we have presented all the elements of the Raptor system, which you will find in our other auctions.
