The 4-frame diagonal honey extractor is used to obtain honey from bee combs using the centrifugal method. The centrifugal force pushes the honey from the comb onto the drum wall, along which it flows to the bottom and escapes through the flap valve. Before inserting the frame into the honey extractor, it is necessary to remove the wax coating from the comb, which protects the honey from spilling out.

The honey extractor basket holds 4 frames ranging in size from 27 to 37 cm, which are placed parallel to the drum wall. After centrifuging one side of the combs, the frames should be turned over and the centrifugation continued. Thanks to this, the centrifugal force will also push the honey out from the other side.

The design of the diagonal honey extractor basket is safe for the combs - they do not break even when centrifuging thick honeys. The diagonal honey extractor has an electric drive. The 24V/120W motor is mounted in the lower part of the device. It can be powered directly from the 230V mains or using a 12V battery. The motor is operated by a controller. Using the knob on the panel, you can adjust the basket's rotation speed.

The cover made of metaplex is equipped with a safety system that prevents it from opening during spinning.

The manufacturer adds special pads to the honey extractor as standard, increasing the comfort and safety of apiary work. Thanks to them, the probability of the honey extractors falling into vibrations during honey spinning is minimized. The pads are made of PVC material (SOFT).
