The BASIC LINE 4-frame diagonal honey extractor is a basic version of the device for centrifuging honey from bee combs, in this version enriched with a convenient electric drive.

HOW DOES IT WORK?Its basket holds 4 frames of the following types: Wielkopolska, Langstroth, which are set perpendicularly to the drum axis, parallel to its wall.

This solution is present in all diagonal honey extractors.

It makes the spinning take place in two stages: after emptying the honey from one side, stop the machine, switch the frames and continue spinning.

Thanks to this, the centrifugal force will also push the honey out from the other side.

WELL BUILTThe basket

is mounted on tarnamid sleeves that allow it to rotate in the drum. This element is made of stainless steel rods, which create a mesh with 25x70mm mesh.

The drum

has a diameter of 600 mm and a height of 610 mm. It is made of 0.6 mm thick stainless steel sheet, acid-resistant 0H18N9. Its bottom has the shape of a cone convex outwards. This profiling facilitates the flow of honey through the 6/4' flap valve and enables efficient washing and cleaning.

The cover

closes the drum from the top. It is made of 3mm thick metaplex. It protects against contact with the rotating basket and honey splashing.

Reinforcements:

top beam and three legs ensuring stability. These elements are made of 10mm thick flat steel and powder coated to protect against rust.

ELECTRIC DRIVEThe diagonal honey extractor has an electric drive. The 24V/120W motor is mounted in the lower part of the device. It can be powered directly from the 230V mains or from a 12V battery. The motor is operated by a controller. Using the knob on the panel, you can adjust the basket's rotation speed.
