During assembly, remember that each sail requires a tension reserve. This should be taken into account when planning the installation and the distance between the attachment points should be kept small. Remember to tighten the sails regularly so that the material is constantly under tension.

The unfolded sail provides a large surface area for the wind to attack, so it should be dismantled during storms or in winter to avoid damage.

3. Tension:

To achieve optimal and stable tension, the direction of pulling must always be diagonal from corner to corner. This ensures that water drains away and no water pockets are formed. Our sails allow for various ways of mounting and configuration.

4. Tilting:

To support the water-repellent effect of the polyurethane coating, it is very important to tension the sail with a slope of at least 20-25° to ensure rapid water drainage and to avoid the formation of water pockets.
