DIAGONAL 4-FRAMES HONEY EXTRACTOR Manual fi 600mm 4-frames diagonal honey extractor - how it works: The 4-frames diagonal honey extractor has small, compact dimensions and is designed for smaller apiary farms. It can be used in rooms without electricity and in migratory apiaries. Its basket holds 4 frames of any type, which are placed perpendicularly to the drum axis, parallel to its wall. This solution is present in all diagonal honey extractors. It makes the spinning take place in two stages: after emptying the honey from one side, the machine should be stopped, the frames should be changed and the spinning should be continued. Thanks to this, the centrifugal force will also push the honey out from the other side.

The 4-frames diagonal honey extractor has: Basket: made of stainless steel rods connected together in such a way that they create a mesh with 25x70mm mesh. The basket is mounted on Tarnamid sleeves inside the drum.

Drum: which has a diameter of 500 mm and a height of 610 mm. It is made of 0.6 mm thick, acid-resistant stainless steel sheet, with the symbol 0H18N9. The bottom of the drum has the shape of a convex cone. This profiling facilitates the flow of honey through the 6/4' flap valve and allows for efficient washing and cleaning. The drum is closed with a cover made of metaplex.

Cover: 3 mm thick, which protects against contact with the rotating basket and against honey splashing.

Reinforcements: upper beam and three legs ensuring stability. These elements are made of flat steel and powder coated to protect against rust.

Diagonal 4-frame honey extractor - drive: The diagonal honey extractor has a manual crank drive placed on the upper beam. Its mechanism is equipped with a brake - just turn the crank in the opposite direction to stop the basket.
