This sensational filter material consists of special polymer fiber balls of various lengths and structures, resembling cotton wool balls consisting of a network of interwoven fine threads that are manufactured in such a way that they prevent them from fraying and releasing their residues. Aqualoon 3D balls are microporous and have a very high ability to retain impurities. The spherical shape was consciously chosen - it maximizes the filtration surface and retention capacity. The resistance of Aqualoon 3D in the filter is several times smaller than that of ordinary filters, which reduces the load on the pump and increases its energy efficiency, and the pool pump is definitely the largest consumer of energy in your yard. This means noticeable savings on each electricity bill! The balls placed in the pool filter create a coherent bed with very high filtration accuracy of up to 3 microns! With such a precise filter, there is no need to use flocculating agents (coagulants), and the need to rinse the filter has been reduced fifteen times! Thanks to this, the user has obvious savings in the form of lower water and energy consumption. Due to its low weight, Aqualoon 3D is very easy to remove from the filter for complete cleaning or replacement.

How to use: Aqualoon 3D balls packed in a mesh (they will be sent in this form) should be inserted in place of the previous filter and the filter pump should be turned on and used in the same way as before. In the event of a large difference in the height or width of the current filter, the Aqualoon 3D balls can be removed from the mesh and inserted loosely without crushing in place of the current filter. The mesh containing 11 filter balls can also be placed in the skimmer, which provides much better pre-filtration, protecting the filter media in the pool pump (including sand, glass, cartridges, etc.). The Aqualoon 3D balls absorb grease and other impurities, significantly reducing the load on the filter in the pump. Due to their white color, they are an excellent indicator of contamination and therefore the quality of the filtration process. You can see at first glance how dirty they are. When the Aqualoon 3D gets dirty, simply rinse the bed under a strong stream of water or wash it by hand, or even the mesh with balls can be washed in the washing machine until clean and after washing, put back into the pump. It is recommended to check the condition of the balls every 4 weeks. Aqualoon 3D used in this way will easily last for 5-7 years depending on the size of the pool and the degree of filter contamination, giving you crystal clear water. From an ecological point of view, this is great news for our aquifer as well as for our wallet when paying water bills!
