The lightweight and durable perforated grill tray is made of carbon steel. Thanks to this, it heats up very quickly and evenly, which allows you to prepare grilled vegetables, seafood, various types of meat in the form of steaks, cutlets, skewers, etc. on it. The perforated surface ensures ideal circulation of hot air, guaranteeing an even degree of roasting and the penetration of smoky aromas.

The tray is intended for use on an open fire (grill, campfire). The temperature resistance is about 370 ° C.

When using the tray, accessories should be used to protect your hands from heat.

The surface of the tray is very durable and you can use metal kitchen utensils on it.

Before first use, the tray should be washed of the wax protective layer.

A little warm water is enough to thoroughly wash the tray. After washing, wipe it with a soft cloth or paper kitchen towel and leave to dry.

What if we wash the tray too hard, rubbing off the previously created protective layer? Simply season it again.
