The vessel is made of carbon steel, for which it is appreciated by chefs all over the world. The basket is dedicated to use on an open fire (grill, campfire). Temperature resistance is about 370 °C.

The basket heats up very quickly and evenly, which allows you to prepare small ingredients in it, such as grilled vegetables, seafood or very delicate meats. The perforated bottom and sides ensure ideal circulation of hot air, guaranteeing an even degree of roasting and the penetration of smoky aromas.

Metal handles can heat up, so use gloves to protect your hands from heat.

The surface of the basket is very durable and you can use metal kitchen utensils on it.

Before first use, the basket should be washed of the wax protective layer.

A little warm water is enough to thoroughly wash the vessel. After washing, wipe the basket with a soft cloth or paper kitchen towel and leave to dry.
