The Drip 'N Griddle Pan - Deluxe lives up to its name...and more!

Drip Pan - Made from nearly 4 pounds of durable 304 stainless steel, the Drip 'N Griddle fits snugly next to the Slow 'N Sear basket on the charcoal grate, promoting airflow. Air from the bottom vents is forced through the bottom of the Slow 'N Sear basket, making the fuel hotter. Say goodbye to bulky foil wrap, too - even the biggest messes are contained within the raised edges of the pan, and easy-to-reach side handles make cleanup after cooking a breeze!

Griddle - Transfer the pan to the cooking grate and place it over the coals for a flat surface to cook. Who wants bacon and eggs? Don't set the temperature too high. When placing a pan on top of the Slow 'N Sear, half a basket of fully lit coals will suffice.

Note: Stainless steel can warp when exposed to high temperatures. Use a small amount of charcoal to prevent warping when used as a griddle.

Baking Rack – Place the baking rack inside the griddle to ensure searing.
