Use of smoking chips:
The chips are used as a substitute for wood for smoking. In the case of traditional wood-fired smokehouses, you must first obtain a large amount of embers from the wood. The chips are poured onto the embers in small portions until the desired effect is achieved. To generate more smoke, the chips can be moistened.
