Smokey Olive Wood Smoking Chips are made from selected lemon tree. The chips guarantee an intense, fruity, fresh aroma. Citrus chips are perfect for smoking pork, poultry, fish, beef, lamb and cheese.

To maximize the intensity of the chips' aroma, the manufacturer recommends soaking them in fresh, cold water for 30 minutes before use. When using the chips in grills, wrap them in aluminum foil. leaving the ends of the roll open and then place the chips on a preheated grill.
