How to use:
Grilling - scatter the chips around the glowing coal, cover the grill with a lid
Smoking - place the chips in a special smoke generator or around the fire. To increase the amount of smoke, sprinkle the chips generously with water.
Dosage: 20-40 ml/kg of meat.
