Broil king imperial cutting board

The board is made of bamboo wood, which is more resistant to abrasion and damage than a traditional oak board. Thanks to the large recess, it retains liquids and juices created during cutting. On the other side of each board there is a flat surface that will allow it to be used as a serving tray.
