How to use:
Grilling:
Place a two-centimetre layer of wood chips around the glowing charcoal - do not place them directly on the fire, as they will burn immediately.
To use the wood chips as economically as possible, you can moisten them slightly with water, which will help produce more smoke. Cover the grill with the lid immediately after placing the food on the grate.
Grilling time - from 10 to 30 minutes (depending on the size and type of meat being prepared).
Smoking:
Depending on the type of smokehouse you have, place the wood chips in the smoke generator or in the smokehouse itself - in the place designated for this purpose, or in the firebox - around the glowing wood.
Wood chips are ideal for use in a smoke generator. Using such a smoke generator ensures the most professional effects - products with excellent taste, aroma and colour.
The smokehouse and grill should only be operated by adults, in compliance with fire safety rules and after reading the instructions for use of the device and the recommendations for the use of wood chips.
